Shipping & Returns

We are currently able to ship worldwide. Please note that our free shipping over $150 promotion will only apply to customers in the USA with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. All orders will be shipped from our US warehouse from Monday through Friday. Orders received after 1pm EST on Friday will not ship until the following Monday.

Please note that if you choose to ship your order to/or use a third-party shipping company, SJP is not liable for any lost or misplaced packages. 

Customers will be given the option to ship their packages with a required signature upon delivery for security purposes. Please note that, if you choose to ship your order without requiring a signature upon delivery, SJP is not liable for any lost or misplaced packages.

We also offer Route package protection at checkout, an optional insurance for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

SJP online returns must be made within 14 days of receiving product.

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Merchandise must not be used, worn, or washed. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox with the dustbag included. Any product that is shipped with tags cannot be returned once the tags are removed.

All beauty purchases can be returned as long as they are unused, and the cellophane wrap is unopened.

Please note that all purchases of sale styles online will be non-refundable. We will accept returns for store credit only. SJP does not honor price adjustments of any kind. There will be no exceptions.

Online purchases can be returned at our retail locations or by mail. Please note that we do deduct $10 from your method of payment when an online return or exchange is processed.

SJP reserves the right to deny a refund if a product is returned in non–resalable condition.

Please note that SJP is not able to process automatic exchanges. If you need to exchange your purchase for another size or color, please fill out the return request and mention you would like an exchange on the notes section. Our customer service will contact you via email to arrange for the exchange once we receive your return.
